Lenny Rachitsky is a widely recognized expert in product management and growth, best known for creating one of the top business newsletters and podcasts in the tech industry. He began his career as an engineer and co-founded Localmind, a location-based startup that was acquired by Airbnb in 2012.
Following the acquisition, he spent seven years at Airbnb, where he transitioned into product leadership. During his tenure, he served as the Product Lead for Supply Growth, helping to scale the platform’s host community and driving key initiatives that fueled the company's massive expansion.
Today, he runs Lenny’s Newsletter and Lenny’s Podcast, where he shares actionable advice and interviews world-class product leaders.
