Calling Credits

Everything you need to know about Calling Credits and how to use them.

What are Calling Credits?

Calling Credits are the tokens you use to make calls to Callable* personas. Each second of a call consumes a certain number of Credits. It costs the same amount of Credits per second for all Callable* personas. Currently you cannot purchase additional Credits outside your subscription plan, but we may introduce this feature in the future.

How to get Calling Credits?

Calling Credits are included in your subscription plan. Different subscription tiers offer different amounts of Calling Credits per month. You can check the details of each plan on our pricing page. They do not roll over to the next month, so make sure to use them up within the month; if you run out of Credits, you will need to wait until your next billing cycle to receive more Credits.

Check your Calling Credits balance

You can view your current Calling Credits balance in your account settings. This will show you how many Credits you have available for making calls and when they expire.
