Definitions for the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

  • Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service.
  • Callable* or Callable* Persona refers to the AI profile you create, powered by your uploaded documents, voice recordings, and configuration settings, that others can call and interact with.
  • Company refers to Hidoba Research Limited, the entity operating Callable*.
  • Knowledge Base means the personal documents and stories you upload, including anecdotes, successes, failures, life lessons, opinions, and other unique contributions that power your Callable* persona.
  • Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
  • Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
  • Service Provider means a third party engaged by the Company to process data on our behalf.
  • Usage Data means data collected automatically, including IP addresses, browser type, device type, call logs, subscription usage, and technical diagnostics.
  • You means the individual using the Service, or the company/organization on whose behalf such individual uses the Service.

Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Payment information (processed through secure third-party payment providers — we do not store raw payment card details)

Callable* Profile Data

When you create a Callable* persona, we collect:

  • Your Knowledge Base (uploaded text documents)
  • Voice samples for creating voice embeddings (processed once, then deleted)
  • Profile configuration settings and metadata

Usage Data

Automatically collected data may include:

  • IP address, browser type, operating system, device type
  • Pages visited, call history, call duration
  • Monthly credit usage and subscription tier information
  • Technical logs, diagnostic data, and error reports

Communications Data

We may collect and store:

  • Support requests and related correspondence
  • Feedback and survey responses
  • Newsletter subscriptions and communication preferences

When you submit a DMCA takedown notice via our online form, we automatically collect:

  • IP address and device information (browser type, operating system, screen resolution, timezone, language)
  • Date and time of submission

This data is collected as part of the legal record associated with your notice and is used for legal compliance and fraud prevention.

Conversation Data

When you or others interact with your Callable* persona through calls:

  • Text Transcripts: We store complete text transcripts of all conversations to enable your Callable* persona to maintain memory of past interactions and provide improved responses in future conversations.
  • Audio Data: We do not record, store, or retain audio from conversations. Audio is processed in real-time for speech-to-text conversion only and is immediately discarded.

How We Use Your Information

We use your Personal Data to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service — including the generation of responses through your Callable* persona using our fine-tuned LLM and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) technology.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions — including tracking your credit usage and renewal dates.
  • Enable creation and management of Callable* profiles — ensuring your persona accurately reflects your uploaded content and settings.
  • Maintain conversation memory — storing text transcripts of calls to enable your Callable* persona to remember past interactions and provide more personalized, contextual responses in future conversations.
  • Communicate with you — including service updates, subscription notices, and important changes to policies or terms.
  • Provide support — responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Analyze and improve the Service — including usage statistics, feature development, and performance optimization.
  • Calculate revenue sharing (royalties) — based on verified call activity for users who participate in the revenue share program.
  • Ensure security and prevent fraud — including monitoring IP addresses, preventing misuse, and enforcing our Terms of Use.
  • Comply with legal obligations — including tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.

Data Sharing and Disclosure

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We never sell your Personal Data or Knowledge Base content to third parties.

Service Providers

We work with carefully selected third-party service providers to operate our Service:

  • Payment Processing: Stripe — secure payment processing and payouts
  • Cloud & GPU Infrastructure: RunPod — GPU compute for AI workloads; DigitalOcean — backend and knowledge base hosting
  • Database & Storage: Supabase — user data storage; Google Drive — form submission storage
  • Email Delivery: Resend — transactional and system emails
  • Networking & Security: Cloudflare — content delivery, DDoS protection
  • Form Collection: Tally — user form submissions
  • Analytics: Google Analytics — website usage and interaction analytics

These providers access your data only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect it.

Other Disclosures

We may also share data with:

  • Legal Authorities — when required by law, regulation, or legal process
  • Business Transfers — if our Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Your Callable* Knowledge Base and Voice Data

  • Knowledge Base: Never displayed or shared with anyone else. Used exclusively to generate AI responses for calls made to your persona.
  • Voice Processing: When you provide a voice sample, we process it once to create voice embeddings (mathematical representations) that enable your Callable* to speak. We do not store your raw voice recordings — they are deleted immediately after processing. Voice embeddings cannot be reverse-engineered to recreate your original voice.

Data Storage and Security

Storage Location

Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United States.

Security Measures

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Strict access controls and authentication mechanisms
  • Regular security assessments and monitoring
  • Backup and disaster recovery procedures

Data Retention

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion unless longer retention is required by law.
  • Callable* Profiles: Retained until you delete them or close your account. All profiles are deleted within 30 days of account closure.
  • Conversation Transcripts: Retained for the lifetime of your Callable* persona to maintain conversation memory. Deleted within 30 days of profile or account deletion.
  • Voice Embeddings: Deleted within 30 days of account closure.
  • Raw Voice Recordings: Deleted immediately after processing into embeddings.
  • Payment Records: Retained as required for tax and accounting compliance.
  • Legal Process Data (DMCA): Retained for the duration of the statute of limitations for perjury/fraud.
  • Usage Data: Retained for as long as necessary for analytics, security, and legal compliance.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data and obtain a copy
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your account and associated Callable* data (including knowledge base and voice embeddings)
  • Export your Callable* profile data
  • Object to certain processing activities
  • Restrict processing in specific circumstances
  • Revoke content licenses by deleting your account
  • Limit the use of your sensitive personal information (California residents)

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, upload content, or interact with the Service. We also collect data automatically through your use of the Service.


Revenue Sharing and Account Verification

If you participate in our revenue sharing program:

  • You must have an active paid subscription and complete our verification process.
  • We reserve the right to change royalty rates, adjust verification requirements, or suspend/remove accounts that violate our Terms of Use or other policies.

Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.


Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we may notify you by email or via a notice on the Service.
